We know full well the risks involved within this industry. But we also know that if a network is managed professionally – those risks are minimized.

Our experience over the years allows us to know the real issues with financial risk between freight forwarders and the potential issues that can arise. Issues normally arise from the lack of quality management of the network and the lack of effective communication between members. Disputes happen – and disputes can be arbitrated.

Strict membership requirements are the key for limiting any risk. Only the most solvent, reputable, and creditworthy agents are accepted as members. Furthermore, we continue to monitor their performance, and promptly detect any signs of trouble, such as the late payment of an invoice issued by another member.

Members must immediately notify the CG Line when a member is late with a payment, and a warning light will be shown next to the offending member's Agent Profile.
